Before joined Arifardhani & Partners in November 2002, he worked for Siti Zaitin Noor & Partners, one of prominent law firm in Jakarta. He has some experience in bankruptcy and employment matters. He has handled many cases in various fields of litigation, collection and also possesses extensive regulatory knowledge in criminal law.

Fredi Wilianto S.H.

Law Degree from Faculty of Law, University Islam Bandung, Bandung.

EXPERIENCE

Before joining the firm, he worked as a Junior Lawyer in Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Gerakan Karya Justisia Indonesia, mostly dealt with litigation; TB. Aritonang & Associates as a Lawyer, dealt with corporate matters and intellectual property rights; Maria Caezarina & Partners as a Senior Lawyer, dealt with litigation.

Edy Supriyadi, SH

Edy Supriyadi joined Arifardhani & Partners in April 2006. Before joining the firm, he worked as a Paralegal in Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Pusat Advokasi Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia. He graduated form faculty of law of Nasional University. He has been intensively involved in corporate and litigation cases in the firm and has gained wide experience in this area.

Inez Pratiwi, SH

Inez Pratiwi joined Arifardhani & Partners in May 2006 soon after she graduated from faculty of law of Tarumanagara University, majoring in business law. She has some experience in making legal due diligence in Arifardhani & Partners. She has been intensively involved in projects relating to corporate law and has extensive regulatory in this area.
