Arifardhani & Partners is a litigation and general practice law office in Indonesia , with a wide range of legal practice areas such as:
1. Competition & Antitrust Law
We provide for the clients all legal assistance including guidelines & assessments related to competition & antitrust law issues, such as : Anti Dumping, Dominant Position, Cartel, Transfer Pricing, Monopoly, Merger & Acquisition.
2. Commercial & Corporate Legal Assistance
We provide all necessary legal assistance for the clients (the company) such as; setting up company, contract drafting and negotiation, advises on general meeting of shareholder, mortgages and other security document, memorandum of understanding and general agreement for commercial business, legal audit and legal opinion.

We provide the clients with environmental law advice including AMDAL, environment audit and represent the clients for environment dispute with other parties.

We provide legal services for the clients regarding capital market transactions such as; legal audit, legal opinion, due diligence, initial public offering (IPO) process and capital market disputes.

Represent or advise the clients for international contracts or joint venture, foreign direct investment, franchise, international business transaction issues including international business dispute. We also encompasses assisting foreign companies and individuals to establish business operations and headquarters in Indonesia.
6. Intellectual Property
We provide clients with intellectual property related advice, assistance in relation to trademarks, copyrights and paten registration in Indonesia , including copyrights infringement, trademark and registered design disputes in Indonesia.
7. Commercial & Corporate Litigation
We work with and support the clients along the entire spectrum of the disputes resolution process; from background advisory and investigative work, to negotiations, mediations, adjudications, to trial and arbitration. We also advice and represent individual directors who are faced disqualification proceeding for improper conduct of a company's affairs.
8. General Civil Litigation
Represent the clients from district courts up to the Supreme Court in Indonesia for lawsuit, inheritance and family law case. Our approach in handling any civil litigation case is based on client's interest as a priority.
9. General Criminal Litigation
Represents the clients from district courts up to the Supreme Courts in Indonesia relating to criminal case including accompany the clients at Police Offices in Indonesia.
10. Labour Law
We represent the clients in application of Labour Law and its problem, workers problem and dispute, employment contracts and terms of employment. Our approach in handling labour case is based on client's interest as a priority.
